"No building or other improvements shall be erected, placed, or altered on any Lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structure or improvements have been approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee or its agent as to quality of materials and proposed workmanship, conformity, and harmony of external design with existing structures in the subdivision, conformity with these restrictions and as to location of building or improvements with respect to topography and finish grade elevation." To submit a request for property improvements or modifications, please fill out the attached form and mail it to the listed Village Green address. The Architectural Review Committee will review the request and reply to you within thirty (30) days.

If any Homeowner is in non-compliance with Articles VI, VII, & VIII of the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, and Servitude's for Village Green, the Architectural Review Committee will send notice of such non-compliance to the Homeowner via Certified Mail.  The Homeowner has two (2) weeks to comply before another notice is sent.  If a third notice is required,  a copy will also be sent to the Association's attorney for legal injunction or fine.
