VILLAGE GREEN is a gated residential community located in Harvey, Louisiana on the Westbank of Jefferson Parish in the Greater New Orleans region. The main entrance to Village Green faces Manhattan Boulevard near Harvey Boulevard. A second entrance faces Harvey Boulevard near Jupiter Street.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF VILLAGE GREEN, INC. is an organization of all homeowners in Village Green. The primary purpose of the association is to protect and preserve the value of the privately and commonly used property within the Village Green community. The Association operates as a non-profit corporation. It is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members and a set of rules provided in the DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND SERVITUDES FOR VILLAGE GREEN and BY-LAWS OF HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF VILLAGE GREEN, INC.
